Fan style washer jets

I'll be replacing my existing non heated front washer jets with the fan style ones, part number: 5m0955985c9b9

My question is, can you get the fan style washer jet for the rear of the car?

I would say no, as the nozzle is embedded in the high level brake light.

Unless there is something higher spec in the VAG parts bin.
