Fans stay on and no ac

My 2003 Seat Leon 1.8t seems to have some problems. Every time that i turn on the ignition both fans come on at high speed and stays on for 10-15 minutes. Besides that I am not getting any power to the ac compressor. Any ideas? I am getting the following fault codes:
01177: Communication with ecu not available
01274: V71 fault

Any help would be much appreciated

You can check fuse 12 on driver side, when Its bad. Ac not working and fans are working emergency condition.
