I'm leaving the Toledo forum

But not going far

A bright yellow Cupra has replaced my trusty V5, which I handed over to the new owner this evening. Said new owner registered a couple of days ago apparently, so if you're reading, thanks for the sale (the way all car sales should go), welcome to the forums and I hope you enjoy the car as much as I have.

Right, off to join the commoners in the Leon forum

hi timmyboy,
that would be me then the new owner of the tolly v5.
loving every minute of it thanks mate. :D
its a big improvement to my old alfa 156, its smooth, quiet, comfortable, and it doesnt break every other day. granted its not as quick, but it makes up for it by the way it drives. hopefully it will prove to be much more reliable, and then i can enjoy some trouble free motoring. (for a change).
hope you find your new leon to be as rewarding.
all the best tim, and thanks again.

:funk:Welcome to the forum matey, hope your enjoying your v5 and finding out, why the guys and girls enjoy these motors so much.

cheers nak,
its a lovely car to drive, they seem so well built. yours looks very nice, what body kit do you have?

Thanks Nick, the kit on mine is a neo-design kit and i'm running on 20" rims, is yours standard, any plans for it, better pictures of it if you click on Toledo forum and look at TOLEDO WITH A TWIST

probably going to keep it standard, as ive spent so much money on fixing the last few cars ive had, it will be nice to have some low cost motoring for a bit.
still you know how how it is, your heart always rules your head and eventualy i will no doubt have it remaped and maybe a standard spoiler. i quite like the understated look.
im gonna a go and check out those pics of your car.
cheers
nick

Had the same problem myself kept swopping my cars around, selling one, putting abit more cash to it and buying another one, untill i came across, the Seat Toledo v5, done the read up's about it and it really did appeal to me, went out and bought one, considering the budget i had, no looking back, will have it for a while now, love it, thats why i can justify the money i have spent on it, really is reliable.
