Fault code with boot deck

Hi, just wondering if anyone has came across fault code C115D00 play protection Active. My boot/tailgate won't close on the button. I've fitted new struts and it works when fault cleared but it comes back on. Does anyone know how to deactivate

Thank you, I couldn't find anything for the code, I will pass on to my mechanic but this may be a leave in to seat issue
