Fitting a Hybrid Turbo

Ive seen many mk7 golfs with GTD1752VRK turbos fitted putting out over 200bhp, but I was wondering if I could fit one to a MK3 Leon would the process be the same?

If the engine is the same then can't see why it would be any different.

What engine do you have? I gather it's the 1.4Tsi for that figure from a hybrid.
It should be the same process. There may be different trim to be removed compared to the golf (for instance Golf's have an engine cover whereas the Leon's don't on that particular engine)

Its actually the 1.6 TDI, darkside developments actually do a full kit https://www.darksidedevelopments.co...mk7-platform-1-6-tdi-common-rail-engines.html mind you I only want around 180bhp from it.

depends what you need to run alongside it to make it work

bigger brakes

worth phoning darkside and asking what the recommend as they know their VAG diesels inside and out
