Fitting a sports car to a GPF 2020 Mk3.5 Cupra?

Hi there, I’ve recently bought a 2020 Cupra 290. I want to know if people are running sports cats whilst keeping their GPF on the car? I appreciate keeping the GPF will probably mean I take a hit on hp when I come to map it but I want to keep my car road legal/MOT worthy. All the posts I see have sports cars installed with a GPF delete. Any help would be really appreciated! Cheers
