Seems a little steep to me Steve. I paid £215 for mine, but it was at the time of buying the car so was all done as a job lot/deal.

Phone round your local body shops to see what they quote you for painting and fitting to see if you could get them done any cheaper. Or try another dealer maybe.

Just fitted mine myself a couple of weeks ago along with Aero front bumper. Neither were difficult to fit, just make sure you have a competant friend to help you & what you save on labour pays for the painting!!! I wanted to make sure mine was perfect after seeing some of the efforts dealers have produced!! Just make sure you dont cost cut on the painting. Have a look at mine, started out as a basic 1.9tdi reference:D

ivesy how much did you pay for just sprayed (not fitted) side skirts? Do they only go with Aero front bumper or do they look ok with the standard/FR/Cupra front bumper?

Xe, if you look in the gallery section you will see quite a few pics of fr and cupra leons with the skirts. None with the standard front bumper though (dont think the skirts would look any good with the standard front bumper , but any of the other bumpers look great imo) :)

They go fine with the FR bumper but the bottom lip on the Aero bumper is more prominant & blends in better with the side skirts imho. I paid £160 cash for the bumper & side skirts to be painted, they made a great job, perfect factory finish! I would recon on about £60-£70ish cash for just the side skirts.

Cheers guys, someone reversed into my car while it was parked last night, hence a good opportunity to change bumpers etc

Thanks Ghosty, I had forgotten I had put up those pics..

The skirts do go well with the FR bumper, dont look out of place at all. Looks even better when the car is clean :).

The skirts are a must if want to add something more. I would say get the skirts first and see how it goes but I am sticking with the skirts only, I think anything else would be over the top (personal choice though)
