Fixing Secondry Air Pump (SIA)

Recently my car when started it sounded like a hoover and i found out it was the rivets on the secondry air pump.

I came across this guide and thought it i would share:

i followed this how to guide today and it helped me loads. hope this will help others

I used that one, did you get the pump off? I couldn't move the bracket so I ended up fixing it under the car on axle stands and spinning the pump round to get to all the rivets.

just remove it thats what i have done on my ibiza

yea got the pump out. what a pain in the *** trying to get the pump back in though lol

It's cheaper to fix it though.
