Hello,

I went away for longer than anticipated, thus I didn't disconnect my battery. However I am where I am. The car jump started fine however I now have a couple of problems.

1. Only the drivers door will unlock when using the key fob, (looked at reprogramming but only have one key) is there another method?
2. A minute after starting a red flashing light shows up on my temperature gauge with three loud beeps.

The car is starting under it's power now but still having these issues?!

Any help will be hugely appreciated!

I think the red beeping light is the temperature sensor. It tells you that it's cold. Once it warms up it goes away. I had the same problem change the temperature sensor but when it's cold it beeps 3x. Clean the metal part of the temperature sensor before buying a new one.

I had the same unlocking issue after a flat battery. Fixed it by disconnecting the battery for a few hours then reconnected and all was well again.

the beeping is low coolant level sensor(well was on my leon), the sensor had got full of crap from a leaking oil cooler. i took the coolant cap off and wiped the prongs clean. didn't beep again.
