Hi everyone, was one this site before about a year ago but had to reregister, just wanna pick your brains, ive got a carzone front bumper on my car and im looking about fitting a fmic, firstly i know youll prob all say remove the bumper and put originals on but i dont wanna do that because i like it, so anyway just wondering has anyone fitted a fmic with this bumper, i was lookin and reckon it would fit in with a bit of ripping and sawing required lol, anyone help me here.
thanks stevie.

The forge one should be fine mate - cant say about the Seat Sport FMIC one though as ive never seen one.

Theres some cutting involved even on the cupra bumper so dont let that worry you as such. Looking at yours, its very similar. The only thing i can recommend watching out for is that a boost hose from the Forge bends into the drivers side fog light mounting bracket. Did this on both standard and a cupra bumper so make sure youve got some room behind that (do you have your old bumper to compare?)

I solved this by chopping about a third of said bracket (top right when looking at it from the front) and then the boost hose snugly fits. Without this cut out, the hose would be kinked and will be physically pushing the bumper forward (not good)

Hope this helps, but to get a definitive answer, i think your gonna have to take it off and have a look, theyre quite rare.

Your correct it wont fit unless you butcher the front bumper.

the top and the bottom have to be cut so that the mesh can be re-mounted. I'll show you what i mean tomorrow.
