Hello

I've got an '05 Ibiza FR 20VT (pre facelift).
I would like to remove my fog light grilles. I've read that it's a matter of one lousy screw. But i can't find it. Can anybody please make an arrow, pointing at the position of the screw, on this picture:
http://peecee.dk/upload/view/117458 and reupload it?
Anything else that i should know?

Thanks :)

Ps. Already used the search engine alot. Could'nt find anything usefull.

Best regards from Denmark :)

if you look at the fog light dead straight on and then move your eyes about 2 inchs to the left if your looking at the pass side light you should see the screw at the back of the grill i hope this helps

yep if you look at the outta edge of the grill, just above half way up it's der...plus to get the grills out ya need a good tug (being careful not to snap any unfortantly like i did) cause the tabs keep it stuck in well.

Hi I have a pre-facelift 2006 Ibiza FR with the honeycomb grill.

I need to replace a broken fog-light and after A LOT of searching I cannot find the screw that needs to be removed to get the grill out.

Can anyone help me?

I don't think there is any screws holding them on..i think its just clipped in...you may have to remove the centre lower grill first ..long while ago since I had a preface bumper.

If anyone is reading this wanting to get the foglight out of their pre-facelift FR with honeycomb grill - I can confirm it has no screw.

You need to pull the foglight surround briskly and towards the side of the car.

Cheers for the help Si.

If it's anything like the face-lift grille, there will be a screw, but, in any case, don't just pull! I used a lever made of strong plastic, with a rounded end, to lever under the inner edge (ie towards the middle of the car). Once it's out, I suggest you 'ease off' the fixing lugs, to make it easier next time. (Oh yes there will!)

****ing Seat and their shitty design dept!!!!!! Arrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Why is it such a massive ball ache to change a pissing fog light bulb. It has become clear that i CAN NOT remove the foglight grill without breaking it, all this **** to change a ****ing bulb; im stopping short of removing the whole corner of my car with a hammer **** it!
