Foglight surrounds

Hi i have a 97 facelift model (in arctic grey) my problem is that i am missing the fog light surrounds that fit into the front bumper.

Can these be bought separately and if so does anyone know the part number?

Not seen any 2nd hand ones for sale anywhere.

Does your car have fog-lights fitted at the moment?

If it's just the blank plate (black plastic) you need then I got mine from Rusty's Seat http://dealer.seat.co.uk/dealers/home.aspx?id=47.6OQ for about £6 each...

look on ebay - there is a set of fogs for the mk2 on there just now.

Quite rare to come by as a set if your interested.

They aren't cheap tho. the £50 is just for one foglight. you are better off searching ebay for scrapped ibiza's and get a set of foglights from them.

Yeah i saw those but at £50 each plus £10 postage each that is quite expensive.

Still not found the pair that david_mckellar mentioned.

Yeah the cordoba ones are identical, though they don't come with the surrounds! And one has a crack in it!

But I was watching the ibiza one as well but it has ended now, though no one bought it so you could probably email him and get it relisted!

I've got the surround part numbers on an invoice.. will post them up when I find them.. About £15 each I think.

If like me you can't afford the fogs..do this:

Bit of mesh and wahey.. sorted until you can afford the fogs.

Those are exactly what i am looking for E-Ted.

I assume they only come in black and you have to spray them.
Also what splitter do you have on the front there as is nicer than mine.

the link with the fog lights that no-one bidded on and ended at £20 was the ones i was referring to chris.

The surrounds will come in the grey plastic, like the picture of the splitter in Teds picture.

Thats a GTI splitter - they are around £17 from seat brand new, so it is a good buy.
