Foot well lights problems

Hi I'm new here and sorry for my bad english.
But I need some help for our family car that has no lights at all in the foot well just empty spaces,
So I had a led kit that I can use so the ground cable is the easy part but where do I put the positive cable so it works with the roof lights.

My footwell lights are on constantly, which if you want that I'd tap into a 12v ignition feed. If not, then tap into a 12v door feed, that should give you footwell lights when opening the doors.

It might be worth looking to see if the wiring is already behind the panels where the lamps fit.
