Forge 007p spring change help?

Well. Mine is a 008. At least I now know how to get in

is the 007p worth the upgrade on a stock R? and is the Split R jus the same apart from it dumps to atmosphere too?

I've just made a new thread up and looking for some info if you can help.

So today I changed my DV spring back to Green from Yellow, it is much better. I also removed the N249 valve and all it's grubins, great job, love it.

Just need a proper stage 1 map now to replace the one i have now
