Forge 007p which spring for standard BHP

Good Afternoon All,

I am sorry if this is a post that has been answered before. I have just got a forge 007p DV and it has come with 2 spacer rings with holes in them and 3 springs. I am running standard HP which one do i use?

Also what are the spacers for?

The spacers are to create more tension in the higher rated springs.
