forge tip fitting guide.

Got my forge tip yesterday im going to fit it on saturday if its not raining again just a quick question if enough people want it because cant seem to find much on it in the search section do we all want a detailed fitting guide. or have i just not found it yet.

yea i found that one already it was the bit that said "this is how I fitted my hose to my car,(AUQ Skoda Octavia VRS 2001)." i no its pretty much the same but not mk3 cupra thats why i asked just incase.

but i think this site should have a guide section, would save questions on a lot of things! ive been slowly making guides for everything im doing on the ibiza.

yea see what you mean though does need some sort of guide section would of thought there would be one by now amount of times people asking the same things.

Go for it mate make a guide as it will helpful for people, i made a guide about removing the rear wiper the other day.

There should be a section on this site where the guides can be put, that way will help alot of people and stop people asking the same questions all the time.

Edit: Oh just seen this is an old thread that someone has brought to the front so that explains you already have it on lol

The link further up the page that cupra_ollie posted is the same as we have to do on ours...it all becomes clear when u start it anyway...basically disconect maf and hoses etc from tip...go under car and disconnect tip from turbo (5mm allem key bolt) pull old tip out slide new one in...i found i had to cut some off the end from the turbo side as there wasnt room due to pipes in the way then just reconnect everything...simples...its not really hafd just a bit fiddly as space is just tight...i done mine in a couple of hours with only one axel stand...

Ok I will use that guide when i come to changing this then, So is this one of them really worthwhile mods? Do you feel the difference right away?
