the spool ant that grate but its alot more darth vader like

you will find it easyer to trim 30mm off then feed it in from the top and it should go by that hard pipe that is close realy easy,

(tip)

i put a very small amount of oil round the outside of the turbo so the tip will slide over easyer

TIp-washing up liquid is what I iuse as it dries up and does'nt remain slippy under a clamp you want ot it grip onto

Oh man, wish i'd have thought of that. Im going to be forever stressing that its going to pop off!

Also, (how much of a co-insediance is this) took the car round the block for a test run after. First time i mildly floored it, big-ass bang and then stalled. I was like noooooo, its popped off! [:@] Quick look under the car and found that a jubilee clip that holds an intercooler pipe had been slowly been getting weaker and weaker were it scraps speed bumps! Never been more relieved! Plan to do laps around my block later to test the TIP actually doesnt pop off!

well if it was as tight as my one was up against the coolent pipe then you should have no proplems with it poping off...i was cursing myself when i done mine about why i was bothering etc but when i took it for a drive after i was reminded why...:funk:

TIP should'nt pop off as there's no pressure behind it
It would probably be fine... but the tip on hoses I use the washign up liquid approach is important on the pressure hoses for obvious reasons

I dont even think i have a jubilee clip on the bottom of the tip onto turbo. Its that tight a fit it has no chance of coming off unless my engine seriously moved.

Watch it come straight off now ive said that
