Model Year 21/22 Formentor Charging Issues

Hello,

I recently got a Formentor VZ1 Hybrid and I was able to charge it fine without an issue.

However, yesterday it had a solid amber light on the charging port. I used different chargers, a public one and also different cables but still have the same issue.

Anyone know why this may happen and how I can fix it?

What's the production year of the car? Do you have any error message on the infotainment screen or on the virtual cockpit when the light on the charging port goes red?
