Found another feature on my tolly, do the leons have it?

This evening I was changing a duff brake light bulb and as such obviously I need to test.

So key in the ignition and on to the first stop, press the brake and look in rear view mirror hoping that I can see it in the car behind.

Look forward and notice my sidelights are on. However, they are not on at the switch! Checked it again and yup, first ignition stop and brake pedal results in the front side lights going on!

Has anyone else noticed this? I've had the car for 16mths now and only just noticed

ive had this prob after fitting a brake light.. it went when i fitted another one.

i think my sidelights were on all the time though.

Sorry to dig this up but noticed this today on my car, lights on fine, light off NS side light stays on? HMM!
press the brake and rear NS taillight goes out and all other lights work fine!
is this just one of those great features or are my wires screwed!
can't change the bulb just now so was just looking for some help first!

You must of had the left hand idicator stalk down too ?

i mean just when i'm driving, no indicator and engine on!
I'm sure there was common thing!
