Anyone know if there is a replacement honeycombe grille available for MK1 FR, previous owner thought it would be a good idea to araldite some silly badges on it and I cant get em off.

Also if there is who sells them and how much are they?

you can buy them direct from the dealer and there not to expensive, i just bought the whole unit for my cupra tdi from sere motors off here, pain to fit those as it is a whole unit that sits behind the bumper, which means bumper removal. as for price about £40 iirc hope this helps

Driving some where!
I would first of all pour some hot water over them (from a slightly cooled down kettle), to warm the glue. Then see if there is any movement in the badges, this may make them easy to peel off. It's worth a try.

cheers for that but I think its stuck on with something like araldite, I dont know what will remove that, all of the other badges on the front, wings and tailgate I have removed without a mark.

But, if you know what will dissolve araldite without damaging the grille, I would love to know.

Thanks again.

Love the wheels but have you seen the New Borbet LW's? Take a look on there website at Borbet UK, I think you will be impressed, I have a set of 18"s on order for my FR.
