FR ibiza tdi lowered

Hi, i got my ibiza lowered about 4 weeks ago and since then there has been a hollow knocking sound coming from the car when goin over joints in the road or an uneven road with small bumps. its a continuous thing thats really annoying. any ideas of what to check would be great.

Check that your arb arm hasn't come out and could be rubbing against the driveshaft when you go over bumps.

After I had my coilovers fitted I had a hollow knocking sound for ages when I went over bumps and when I was changing the oil I noticed that the arb arm had come out .

i have the same problem, when you say the arb arm, where abouts is that and is it easy to get to to fix?
