I bought my house when I was 23 so your not far off me, I'd say hold off the car (seeing as you already have a top notch car as it is) get your house and then get your car once you've sorted out all your bills n **** lol
Yeah going to do mate. Just wish we didn't have to rent and we was still living with parent and could save a load in 12 months but can't do that.

Refuse to pay rent, claim squatters rights for a year, wait until you actually have to be physically removed from the building and then you should have a decent deposit
It's easy to see nice stuff and try and push the boat out for it, I do it all the time, but after a while the brain kicks back in and tells you that you made the right decision in hanging fire until you're better placed to do it.

Somebody did that at my step dads house he rents out.
They have more rights that the landlord. You can't intimidate them, change locks or anything its bollocks.
