Engine code 1.9 ASZ KKK Turbo
Engine code 1.9 BPX Garrett

why do the ibiza and fabia use KKK but golf and A3 use Garrett ?

Golf and A3 is a different, larger platform than the Ibiza and Fabia. Some of the mk4 Ibizas use Garretts, some use KKK. The Cupra and newer TDIs have the Garrett.

ASZ engine should be same and i can't imagine there's any notable difference between KKK and garrett turbo's performance
