I test drove the st before getting the fr and i thought it was slow . it does corner well but on the straights it felt like it had nothing also the st is very expensive to tune with very low gains . if the st had similar performance to the clio 182 with st handling it would be great and i would of bougt it straight away . good review hear http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=An0R5z733mI

on my way to work every morning theres usually a guy sits up my arse in a fiesta st, i car share week about and when its my week i'm tempted to blow this guy away, he's one of these guys who'll overtake one car at a time even when theres twenty cars in front of him (twat) however i cant because my passenger is the worst passenger ever when it comes to driving fast, (he hold on to the grab handle if you overtake anybody) however he's away on holiday for two weeks and three days in a row i blew the little smug f***er into the weeds, they're actually quite nippy though, obviously no match for an LCR.

:roflmao: probably just a chav wannabe race driver, he probably thinks his white stripes give him an extra 50 bhp in total

time for a MINI adventure
I've recently driven a Mini Cooper S & Fiesta ST. Both are superior handling cars compared to the FR! My 1st & 2nd gear are pants, and got beat by a standard VTR for pitty's sake...off the line at some traffic lights! I did find the ST's engine far from lively, but was brand new, not properly opened up, so was allowing for that, still tho wasn't much to write home about. Like previous comments, model for model comparisons, there isn't any cars out there with as good an engine and spec as an Ibiza!

Had a go of the ST yesterday, I thought it felt quite torquey even from getting out of mine and into that! It did feel quick, but not as quick as thought it was going to be! But I did have another 3 people in it at the time! It corners really well and the backend comes out abit to help you round the bends, which is great fun!
