FR tfsi dsg - rare car?

Why these are so hard to find? I mean there is only a few on Seat Approved List across the country and maybe 17 or so all together on AutoTrader.... some of them sit there for a while as well from what I've noticed...

If i need to I'll go down to England to buy one but the choice isn't too big to be honest...
Is it really such a rare car or people simply keep it longer?

I'm looking for 57/08 FR with DSG....

There were loads about when I was going to buy my FR TDI last year..

I couldn't find a DSG when I was looking, I had a hard enough job finding one with bluetooth. But then I was looking at 58/09 reg

I didn't even know mine had bluetooth till the guy at the dealers was running through it with me and spotted it, he hadn't even known it was there either!

You have to remember it is over a grand extra when buying new, and most won't value it that much. I imagine most approved used will be an ex-demo or similar.
