FR170 Dyno Results!

Well I'm just back from the dyno got my results.. These are with Bluefin and a Green Cotton panel filter fitted..

195BHP at the flywheel with around 300 torques, 163BHP at the wheels.. Not bad, was hoping for anything over 190 at the flywheel so am made up with that!

I thought most 170 FR's push out close to 200bhp as standard though? Did you put it on the RR before the map?

Nah I didn't, I should have done really..

I suppose it depends on the dyno used to the result achieved, would probably get over 200 on different rollers..

My standard Fr 170 with 58000miles on 185bhp at clutch and 285lb/ft. That was done on Awesome's rollers back in November.

My standard FR Tdi 24k miles running on Tesco Derv with no additives

200.5bhp & 291ft/lb on AmD's rollers which are generally considered to be spot on

It's the tesco derv mate, that's all mine runs on too.

Is it standard Tesco Diesel you use, or a "performance" diesel? Mine runs really badly on standard Tesco diesel, so I just avoid their forecourts now!

Standard stuff for me and I've had plenty of miles out of it so far. Saying that I've had one injector explode but I don't think that's linked.
