front and back lights

hi my drivers side front and back lights have stoped working front builbs are ok back needs new one will that stop front from working

back light is working but cart get front drivers side to work changed bulibs and still not working any help please

18– Main beam, right ..................... 10
19– Main beam, left ....................... 10
20– Dipped beam, right ................. 10
21– Dipped beam, left.................... 10

Is there power going to the bulbs? Did you check the fuses?

yes fuses are good passenger light is fine just drivers side seems to be no power

have u got a continuity tester? About 70p from toolstation. Get one if not !

what will that do test if there is power or not

Yup or a multimeter

i have just tested it and there is no power going to head light side light ok any more help fuses are ok checked 5 times now

I would check a bit further back on the loom with the tester .

How did you check the fuses

yes fuses are fine it was when i was driveing it just went out now there is no power to it all side flashers are fine thats whats doing my head in tryed all sorts

How did you check the fuses

As said how did you check them? Visually or with a multimeter?
Sometimes the fuse may look ok but isn't, try swapping it with another of the same rating.

i have put new fuses in will have a go again tho cart hert not to lol

as daft as it is i have just put new fuses in for the 2nd time and bingo all working again thanks a lot guys
