Front diff oil change on 2018 Leon Cupra 300 ST 4Drive...or not?

Hi All,
I had my car serviced (minor) yesterday at Seat, mileage is 20.5k.
Also had it's first MOT and brake fluid.£312 total.
I declined the free wash and vac, and topped up my windscreen washer liquid before I left home.
Anyway, all went fine, and I was advised of some extra recommend work as the car is 3 years old on July 5th. The extra work being...Haldex oil change, which I have already booked with a VAG specialist who will clean the mesh/filter. Obviously I was/am aware of this required work.
The bit that surprised me was a recommendation that the front differential lock oil be changed.
My car benefits from the original owner extending the warranty (until July 2023).
I asked the service department if the front differential lock oil change was required to keep the warranty in tact, and was told yes... should some part of the associated system fail and I hadn't had the work done I would not be covered.
Can anyone confirm this to be correct please?
Thanks in advance for any comments.

The maintenance manual tasks are listed below.

There is no interval for the differential oil change. The differential oil is separate from the haldex coupling used on the front (FWD) and rear (4drive) respectively.

The servicing referred to in the manual is to the differential “LOCK” on the Cupra models - the 4drive ST Cupra doesn’t have this. This should probably be annotated to (FWD Cupra only).

The problem you have is that someone on a service desk is misinterpreting the service manual as they have no idea about the mechanics of your vehicle.
