frozen rear washer again!

After that last cold snap I now have a dribbling rear washer
Last time it happened (OK OK I know i should've thought) I simply took it to SEAT
for warenty repair ...But as my LEON Warrenty's no more i figured i might DIY it unless someone can recommend a good (cheap) 'man who can'
Is there a link to a FAQ or guide on this site someone can point me too?
I've been loking for an hour already , forgotten how big this forum was !

happened to me last winter, spent ages trying to get the boot lining off and gave up in the end! Must be too weak to shift it!

Took it to dealer who charged me about £15 - bargain IMO after all the time and hassle struggling with the lining!
