Anyone any idea what the consumption figures are for 97 Toledo 2.0 8v sport

Is yours the 85kw with a cat ? Well anyway with a cat its 21mpg inner city and 29 in town. On a nice run at about 50-60mph and if all is running well you should see around 40+mpg . Just done a 700 mile trip in my 2.0 16v with cruise control set at 75 and averaged 38.5mpg.

Should manage a bit better than that, I have managed 40.2mpg for the last 800 miles combined. On long runs have got up to 45.4mpg on a 250 mile single trip! Urban never so good, do well to get near thirty. Have '98 2.0 SXE but has the same engine I think.
