Fuel cut

Hi!

I have a Seat Ibiza 1.8t AYP
Frankenturbo F21,highflow exhaust manifold, Bosch 440cc nozzles, 3"maf, Forge intercooler and pipes, Forge Turbo Inlet Pipe, 3" dp, no cat, 2.5" exhaust
New N75, new coils, New maf sensor, new spark plugs.
I got a custom map for the specs, altough its nut fully adjusted yet because of the horrendous cutting..

First gear and full throttle, it goes to 4000rpm and gets 1.2 bar boost before it cuts
Second gear and full throttle, it goes to 3000rpm and gets 0.7-1bar boost before it cuts
The rest of the gears its pretty much stuck at 2000-2500rpm and max 0.5bar boost before it cuts. Almost any throttle position really.

So are there any here that are tuning these motors? Is it nessesary to get a bigger fuel pump?
How much fuel should it deliver normally?

Thanks for the help guys!

Ah thanks!
Is there any finished kit that fits the original stuff for easier fit? I have a Bosch 044 and i have seen some adapters, but not complete kits.

Is the forge intercooler bad?

Anything above a k03 and the forge cooler is a poor performer, a larger, freeflowing cooler, with a much less restrictive route would be a huge gain!

Badger5 do a replacement for the intank pump, requires a Small amount of mechanical knowledge to fit.

The cooler should be okay, i do not want anything larger because of looks and space in the engineroom.
This cooler was almost a straight fit.

I will order a 034 upgraded pump, that fits as original.
