Gauge mounting

I have had a little search but cant really find much, how have you guys gone about mounting your gauge's on your A piller? Have you had to do some cutting?

you can buy pre moulded pillars with a pod moulded in, there should be plenty of pics on the forum, have a search for nomad pillars, the leon ones seem to be a better fit and finish than the ibiza ones so should be fine, ive got one in my leon.

Have a search for a 'Nomad Pillar Pod'

It's about £75 and looks just like a std A=pillar trom, but with either a single or double pod moulded into it!

Either that, or you can mount them in the centre console using the Ibiza Cupra-R gauage holder

One more question where is a good place to buy an electrical boost gauge? Or should i go for a mechanical gauge?

How does the backlight on the phantom series match the "red" interior lightning in the ibiza?
