Gauge rattling and buzzing

Just finished fitting my boost gauge and nomad pillar pod and it's more or less working as it should.

The problem I have is that the gauge rattles and buzzes like hell.

Before anyone jumps in and has a go, I have searched and i know about the anti-buzz t-piece from awesome gti.

My problem is that I have taken my feed from the brake servo line and a t-piece would look a bit crap sitting there with one port blocked off. Looking for a neater solution.

I have had a search on e-bay but i can't seem to find an inline version of the t-piece.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

I know about the t-piece from awesome but since i've connected the gauge to the brake servo line i don't need a t-piece I need an inline fitting of some sort. Having a t-piece there with one port blanked off would look a bit pants.

block the t-piece off then connect it in the piller pod just behind the gauge as an inline air reducer thats what ive done should stop the rattle, or buy a more expensive gauge!!!

Buy a decent gauge in the first place that comes with a inline restrictor.
I've got one with a electric servo motor and come with a normal 'T' piece and a inline restrictor.

You can get them on ebay mate. You can get them in 52 or 60mm but just because its in a pillar pod dont mean anything mate. Just get the right size for your pod.

Interesting. I've done the same as SEATCOOBER and just blocked off one end of the no-buzz t piece, hidden away under the wiper scuttle but my gauge is under reading by a good 5 psi (compared to VAG COM boost logs)

Not sure whether it's related to the t piece or perhaps the gauge itself (Autometer).

Damoegan, I'm not too bothered about it moving up the vac pipe as there's only my gauge up there. I am bothered about it moving down into the brake servo line though. What do you reckon the chances of that would be?
