hey guy's almost got my fr now. and i am planning for some gauges and was wondering if there are availeble power connections that react on the ignition. not really keen on tapping it off from one that is already used.

haha yeah i know just fall in love with the defi meters. not really sure where to put them for now but i will figure that out LOL it needs a clean look and look like it is factory fitted. but i really need to know where a free for use power suplly is maybe techie can help us on the way.

I have a look, but failing that pin 2 on the headlamp switch is also a good source of ignition live and is a nice chunky wire.

Get a fuse tap! So easy! And find cig lighter fuse! use it for my drls!

Its a good heavy duty wire plus its easy to get to as you can pop the headlight switch out easily.

yeah also seen that one looks very good, but not realy whant to sacrefice my air vents LOL so not realy made up my mind where to put one only interested in boost so maybe just in the middle behind the steering wheel. deffently gonna be a defi gauge tho

i want to install a boost gauge, can u give a suggestion defi or pro sport, also what pipe do i tap into for boost pressure?

i like the defi the most real clean and if placed correctly looks like oem. but i would recommend the defi racer gauge cause you don't need the defi link unit then. as for tapping line doesn't really mather if it's boost that's running tru you can you can use it. you get a t-splitter with the gauge so it only have to be the same daimeter line als the splitter.

Good point on where are you going to tap, supercharger pressure? turbo pressure?
