update:

the cupra is now at my unit. i started taking bits and bobs off last week. unfortunatly i cant have a camera at work due to it being petro chemical so i will take pictures when im home.

made a sai blank plate
bead blasted the remaining boost pipes to prevent blow off
modified/smoothed rocker cover ( looks alot different ) un sure what colour to spray it. white?
serviced AMD recirc valve as the turbo started to chatter (recirc valve sticking closed)
bead blasted strutbrace
made up my own insulator gasket 14mm thick (highvoltage contuctor material)

been working on my intercooler piping,
new intercooler is here,

i made a new map sensor housing cant wait till i get a day off work. been working every day for 3 weeks solid, puting in extra overtime for my gt28 setup

no it actualy came out a 106!.

needs slight modification to the rear seats to fit

tonight i went and painted my intercooler mounts and took out my driver window motor! its has melted itself!

need to find a new one!

Another update:
welded some brackets for my intercooler
started to conect the boost pipes up.
made up a new exhaust for the audi
made a home made tuning chip for the auld audi oil burner
took out my window motor to find that it has majorly burn out! ( where can i get a new one and how much?
colour coded my bumpstrip
