Gear box again....

Well after having my "re-con" box in for 4 months first problem is the speedo doesnt work because they missed the drive wheel in side the box! now i think my first gear syncro has gone after a few hours of having it back it wont go into first what so ever every other gear is fine. does ne one no if this is a syncro ? if so how much they ussally are considewring the box has to come out to sort the speedo. Also i have spoke to a few ppl and they say it doesnt but should the box be uprated with the power i am running? any info is helpful.... cheers

surely you should hav sum comeback on that m8 if they re-cond your box and missed bits out after all they done the job wrong an you have paid for it.

Yeh they have said I have to get the car to them in kent which
is 350 ish miles away from me and won't re-emburse me for any
travel expenses or loss of earnings from work. Also they did such
a **** job don't think I really want them touching it again

Not really mate does my head in spent best part of 3 grand on the bloody thing in about 6 months and still not working. Could have got a new one after all that!
