Gear knob replacement

Hi guys, not sure if this has been covered before, Iam sure it has but cant find it in the search, does any one have a guide/some infor on how to replace the gear knob in an LCR?

hardest bit of the job i found was getting the gator to attach onto the new gearknob, everthing else was pretty simple
