Gear knobs - Which will fit?

Just wandering which gearknobs will fit on the Leon from the VAG range.

IIRC the Leon has an M10 thread so I guess any that have that thread will screw on nicely??

Just looking at my receipt now it cost £24.77. This was an end of line only the knob not the gaiter as that was gonna come in at around £60. Not sure if its the part number but the receipt says - P E5P0711141MUWJ

Not bad. £40 for a second hand one on ebay with gaiter. Does it need the mk2 gaiter or will the mk1 fit ok?

From what i remember isnt the Mk2 a more round surround? I have used a Cupra R Mk1 gaiter and it fits a treat with a jubilee clip for support.

There is a chap on eBay selling both the Cupra R Knob/Gaiter and Handbrake lever. Deffo worth a look if you want to change them.

Use the Cupra R gaiter with the FR knob and you will be sorted.
