Hello I have changed my Gear Oil on Seat Leon 2.0 TDI FR 184 Mq350 0fb gearbox, if anyone has also done this how many miles were driven calmly(if any) following the change. Thanks

No need to drive it calmly.. once you've done the first kilometer, the gear oil is already all over the gears and bearings and you are good to go and drive like you own it...

I changed the gearbox oil on my wife's car at about 50K and I've noticed no difference whatsoever. It's now at about 70K. My car has done close to 100K and has not had the gearbox oil changed and I've noticed no difference whatsoever.

Take out of that what you will.

Changed my oil in my manual 184tdi around 90k miles - and there was a definite improvement in shift feel.

I was hoping for that as my wife's car has always been a bit notchy but nope, no noticeable change.
