gearbox code

Hi fellows, one small request.

Where can I get gearbox code for my
Ibiza Cupra 2001, 1.8T, 5 speed manual.

Do I have to look under the gearbox or not?

I want to order quaife diff but they need gearbox code...
Or maybe somehow someone can tell me the code(probably most of the gearboxes are the same)

The code is 02J isnt it?

quaife page tells:
Seat Ibiza (with VW 02A transmission)
Seat Ibiza (with VW 02J transmission (bolt in flanges)

No idea whether 02A or 02J...

Probably have to lift up the car fot it

search under Bills post. Or pm him. Think its 02J that i remember reading, though he will confirm

cupra R 2001/51 gearbox

I presume the ibiza cupra R also have an O2J gearbox (as O2J are the first 3 letters of the code stamped on the casing). TRUE??
Ive got a broken diff, crown- wheel rivet, which has put a hole in my bell housing. (COMMON PROBLEM)....
Gearbox oil peeing out everywhere
Bill tells me u can buy a bolt kit to replace the rivets (I WANT TO DO THIS MOD BEFORE I PUT THE BOX BACK IN)
Anyone out there had the same????
