Gearbox knocking when taking up drive... HELP

I've got a mk1 150 tdi FR, had a new clutch 3 weeks ago and ever sine its been knocking when taking drive in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. I spoke to a friend and he said it might be the torque damper underneath the gearbox mounted to sub frame and gearbox..? i jacked the car and tightened all the bolts but this hasn't changed anything!

I spoke to the garage I got the car off, and they said it was probably this aswell. it's definately the gearbox/diff making the noise, and ive got a video of it ill try upload in a minute.

I also jacked the car up and came on and off the clutch in 2nd, and the noise is apparent then. cars got a warranty for another 10 1/2 months so not worried about getting it done as it covers basically everything... anyone had anything like this? or heard of it in a golf, octavia etc..?

From my description it does, some of my bushes are perished so im probably just going to polybush the whole front...
I took the front right wheel off and turned the disc clockwise to anti clockwise and following the driveshaft to the earbox i can hear the noise, so it isnt a mount because me moving the disc such a little amount doesnt create enough movement to move engine or gearbox... this is going to be the third time she's off back to the garage, in 6 weeks! Cheers though fossie!
