Hi everyone , I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend any good gear box oil , and is it a easy job? Just done fuel filter , oil change, spark plugs , air filter and pollen filter , so may aswell go for the full whack,

Cheers ryan

I've just got some gearbox oil from TPS, so genuine stuff. My brother has used the Titan stuff and wasn't too impressed. I'm changing it tomorrow so will report back.

His car was on 80k ish when changed. Mines on 118k ha so mine will definitely be past its best. Gearbox oil definitely doesn't last for the cars lifetime, as stated.

I changed my gearbox oil recently and it was dark, approx mileage was 52k. Replaced it with Fuchs TITAN SINTOFLUID FE SAE 75W
I used a clear plastic tube and a funnel to fill the box, made the process much easier.
Gearbox feels just as good as it did before.

Well I've changed the oil. Was a pretty simple process, however I had some trouble getting my car on the ramps as its lowered. Will see tomorrow if it has improved.

I used Millers the first time I changed it and it was worse than before I changed it. I have the Titan oil in at the moment but still not 100% happy with it.

I will be going for OEM stuff from TPS when I get back into work.

Very simple process to change and as mentioned above its very easy to fill using a tube and funnel. It will start to drip back out of the fill hole once its got enough in there.
