My car (2019 Leon Cupra 290) is due its service mid March, got some quotes today and it’s safe to say it’s gonna be an expensive month

I got quoted for - Full service (oil, oil filter, air and pollen filter, spark plugs), diff service, brake fluid change and MOT

Cars on 40k and has a dq381 so I think this is what’s needed

Ive been quoted by a main dealer and a specialist

Main dealer - £835 all in
Specialist - £915 all in

Does this sound about right? Just seems like crazy money

They seem very expensive, especially considering there's probably only a couple of hundred quids worth of parts and a few hours labour.

As a matter of interest, who was the main dealer?

Whats the hourly rate do you know, In my local its between 70 and 75ph for a quality VAG Specialist.

You could try Hollis Motors in Dover. They used to be a Seat dealer but are now independent. I use them and they have been pretty good.
