Nah didn't go lightened. Just Sachs heavy duty kit.
Seen to many cheap light flywheel crack and explode when I used to pay with jap crap.

haha, I went for a LUK vr6 clutch and genuine g60 lighten flywheel, got both for £230 , the Sachs kit is meant to be a really good kit too

Ah fair enough. Didn't think about looking for a g60 flywheel. Just bought a solid conversion.

Don't really wanna spend much on the car as just using it as a stop gap till my toys done

1988 escort Rs turbo , 6 linked rear end, fully seam welded, through the bulkhead cage. 330 mm brembos and a integra type engine and LSD

Weighs about 780kg wet. Just need to finish it.

Yeah it's a bit fun. No lag either 9k in a old escort is a giggle. It's just aswell at the moment though,

Touting either either turbo ing the integra lump or popping a zetec turbo in it.

My old Rs turbo made the cupra feel slow. Don't think there particularly fast tbh. Just a nice Dailey motor

turbo the teg lump them vtec's love turbo's , Ye the Cupra a good quick daily car but can be made quite quick for quite little money
