Right, I have spoken to my dealer and they have found the part that they need to replace. Bad news is that it is on back order (AS IS EVERY OTHER BLOODY PART THAT THEY EVER NEED FOR ME!) and i am looking at a wait of a few weeks. The car isnt fit to drive, so i cant have it back until they get the part.
They said i can keep the courtesy car until i get mine back, but that doesnt excuse the fact that i am paying over £300 a month to drive around in a bloody i20.
I rang consumer direct and they said i can rescise from the contract, but it will be a lot of hassle, i will not have a car at all, and it might take longer than a few weeks to sort that out.
i rang seat customer care they are going to give me a call back 2moro or wednesday to let me know what they are going to do about it.
To demand a better courtesy car, i would go to the dealer is that right? Oh and where would it state in writing that they have to give me a comparable courtesy car, just so i can argue my case if they say no.
