Are you sure it's not just frozen? I thought mine had popped off, but it turned out that it was frozen
will either be in the engine bay or in the boot lid if it has come disconnected
id be more worried if it was in the boot lid, if it is then it will be dripping onto the boot actuator or central clocking mechanism = not good at all
Just about to take it for a test drive to see if there is any difference...
My rear washer split in the same place mate (also in the boot where it goes into the wiper motor).
Didn't you read it... I said engine bay dude!Didn't you read it... I said engine bay dude!

Yea, I know mate. But I said it ALSO split in the boot.
First one was in the boot then the second one was in engine bay under ECU, just like you![]()
Looks, good! how much of a difference noise wise has it made with the drilled airbox?
It makes quite a difference at tick-over and low revs (a bit throatier I guess) Can't really tell the difference at high revs. Seems to pick up revs and speed quicker too in first and second but I could just be imagining it!
bah wish id of seen this earlier mine came off just before new year and the stealers charged me 40 odd quid![]()
I will give anything a go if I think I can have half a chance of doing it! I may have saved myself some money but I have now got cuts on my hands and a bad back. And I swore a lot doing it! The join seemed crap too... it seems there are loads of people on here that have had it go there!
ok then all in all it doesnt sound that bad payin the 40 quid![]()
