Well after nearly 2 years of hassle and still trying to take a garage to court but i found another cupra!!!

So long story short got the car running and had the turbo replaced as the old one had an oil leak, pipes etc were supposed to have been cleaned as inter cooler had loads of oil in, anyways got the vag com out and had the usual.

17705 & p0133(just need a new 02 sensor for this, so got that covered)

I've just had it back from the garage and instantly realized that the previous owner had the by pass wrong for sai/n249 removal. For some stupid reason beyond me they had the DV/Boost Gauge and FPR running off the one hose to the inlet. :headhurt:

So i sorted that out and then replaced the hose from the DV to turbo as i think this was collapsing under boost and well that made the boosting better but.........when you hit around 3-3.5k revs it's seeming like its limited.

Now i am going to retry taking the plug off the MAF again as this made no odds the other day but that was pre me sorting the piping on the bypass.

I checked actual vs requested on 115 today and the requested went to 2350 but the actual remained at 1350. So i am hoping the symptoms link to the MAF as that only seems to get to 66mgs or what ever the measurement is on bank 2. The n75 seems to be at 100% according to the reading and well i changed this as the original one seemed not right and well the car responded better anyways.

The coil packs are good as these are the 2ltr ones, i have silicone pipes for the breathers and can't seem to find any leaks.

Does any one else agree with my logic that it could be the MAF especially if they have had the same issue?

Well the N75 has been changed so the actual is working again but now i seem to have N249 malfunction, this seems really odd as i have the bypass exactly the same as i ran on the last cupra and there doesn't seem to be any leaks on the hoses. Also the valves are still attached to the relevant connectors, the only thing i can think of is that the forge 007p is the issue.

The reason i am thinking this is because the old turbo had an oil leak this has probably got sucked in to the DV and is causing the DV to not function correctly, has anyone else had this issue?
