yeh i wondered that straight away as the was not there 'it was at the garage'
but at that point i was just pleased to have my money back and went!

i can afford tops of 5grand atm otherwise nonutsnoglory's cupra would be mine!!

But your spending money on intercooler, brakes etc etc. Surely this is extra money on top of £5k. Either that or save for abit because if you are going to mod it anyway buy it done as it will save you a fortune!

but then thats just buying some1 elses car with there stamp on it..

i want a base to start myself from

it was more than 5 grand before but now i have bought that im limited to 5grand

i bought the mods cause the car was mine,so i wasnt worried about that..

i didnt plan for me to be needing to buy another

dude i feel so sorry for you...

but no worries mate I am sure another will turn up even more to your liking. Just don't go buying one which in the end you regret in your rage right now...
take it easy and you'll find a minter to your likings

You can put your own stamp on a modified car just as you can a standard one. Its just the parts you dont change to put your stamp on it are still uprated and you dont have to pay to do it. Much better to buy one already done and make a few changes than spend the same you spent buying the car in the first place putting your own stamp on it from standard.

so sorry to read this alex!!!

was literally showing the missus your car pics last night and saying how much i would have that car without a second thought!
feel bad for ya bud, but at least it didnt happen in your hands as youd be left claiming for it!

Harsh as fook! i would be gutted!!!! on pistonheads there is a very nice look ibiza cupra R! 1 of 75, in red and not many mods, a very good base and you could have your mark on it straight away buy putting the new intercooler! and its cheap for an R

its a nice clean car as well! if your talking about lee bowmans?

can i add that all this seems very very unlikely to happen and i think some1 is pulling your leg big time!

Mate tats some bad luck there, after finding a great example and they fooked it up. Its more likely that someone stuck it in a ditch than it catching fire tbh.

Im sure you'l find some other tidy ones in the for sale section. Dont mean any dissrespect but there on some users that just join the forum to sell there cars so if you can buy one off a long time member you'l know its been well looked after

Myki i just spotted your 'old' car on pistonheads. some smart pictures there...

if you don;t mind me asking how close did you end up getting for it compared to your asking price?
And how was the skyline you went to see today?

Gutted for you mate but it sounds a bit weird how a mint car just caught on fire!

I paid £4800 for my 51 Plate Silver Cupra with 45k and FSSH and 1 years warranty.

Keep your eyes peeled mate, they will pop up.
