yeah any pics mate? im thinkin of doing the same, did you have any issues when cutting the 6 inches off. Also how did you cut it off? take the whole exhaust off?

I also bought a twin chrome tailpipe for 1.4 DAB, chopped about 6 inches off and it fits perfectly and looks ace. Finishes the back of the car off really well. Got mine from halfords for 30 quid. The hole in the bumper is for a twin pipe anyway.

Same here any pics, still thinkin bout putting the twin tail pipe I put pics on earlier in thread.
Not so happy abouit choping the pipe myself though, was it simple enough job?

ahh right cheers lads, don't think im gunna bother... as you said chris, mines fast enough atm and the induction kit is a bit steep at £100 for just a few filters! might test run the revo mod and see what difference that makes

Sounds like a good idea to me and you would probably be the first to get a 1.4 remapped on this site, and if you give it a nice thumbs up then chances are you will be a trendsetter as the rest of us get it done

Cheers wolfie, sod it gonna get the twin pipe ordered tomorrow and get it stuck on meself.
Hopefully wont neeed to use the 9" grinder tho! LOL

my insurance is 850 fully comp, no no claims.. mum works for em lol does anyone know a gd place to get a panel filter for the formula sport?.. halfords can get me one but its 45 quid was hoping to find one bit cheaper

with the tail pipe i got one from a place called rajani.. (big place full of crap that normally breaks) lol 2.25 lol just till i save and get a full exhaust

haha better! yeah K&N panel filters are available on ebay pretty cheap (£25 - 30 for the ibiza) I havnt tried one on the beezer yet but ive used them before in other cars and they run well

i used to use a K&N on my 1,4 did run very well im not so sure it will be cheaper than the standard but if u have a straight through exhaust its sounds awsome!

umm i noticed something when i had the K&N, i also put on a ecotek valve and it was awsome, deffinally worth the buy in my eyes...
