Ju.... no they arnt adjustable dampning!

paul... does it ground eassy... well i havnt had any probs yet! (fingers crossed!) went over a few speed humps today, was fine, just go at a slow pace!

I think the Konigsports and Silverline X have adjustable damping.

My car sometimes catches now, before I put the kit on, in the multi storey it gets parked in every day!!

Will have to set the ride height very carefully, or alternatively, just set up a monthly direct debit for splitters!!!
